Michelle Dee, Cup of Joe Singers Join Pride PH 2025 Line-Up

Get ready, Bayothub fam! The Pride PH Festival is bringing a lineup that’s as fierce and fabulous as our community, Miss Universe Philippines 2023 Michelle Dee and the beloved Cup of Joe vocalists Gian Bernardino and Raphaell Ridao are officially joining the roster of hosts and performers for Pride PH 2025! The announcement, made on June 14, thrills fans across the archipelago, setting the stage for the biggest Pride celebration in Southeast Asia at Quezon Memorial Circle this June 28. For all the details, check out the scoop from Philstar.

Powerful voices for love and equality

This year’s Pride PH Festival, organized by the renowned advocacy group Pride PH, marks a milestone after last year’s rainy but record-breaking gathering. The organizers pulled out all the stops, making sure that, rain or shine, the spirit of Pride lives on through music and meaningful representation. Joining Michelle Dee on the hosting front are stars like Alamat Jao, actors Sky Quizon and Drei Aras, RoTin’s Kristin Boado and Roanne Carreon, and several LGBTQ+ content creators. On the performance side, prepare to swoon as Cup of Joe’s Gian and Rapha take the stage, joining a stellar lineup that includes Janine Berdin, AJAA, Jason Dhakal, and more.

Celebrating visibility and community

For many, Michelle Dee’s presence is extra special. As a beauty queen, actress, and ally, she’s remained vocal about championing diversity and LGBTQ+ rights. Her involvement as a host isn’t just about glitz; it’s a reminder that every queer Filipino deserves to shine, be respected, and be seen.

Cup of Joe’s Gian and Rapha have also stolen the hearts of many. The Baguio-based pop-rock band has been making waves with their relatable lyrics and signature “hugot” sound, reflecting the everyday experiences of Filipino youth, queer or not. Their participation is a huge win for queer OPM lovers, adding an extra layer of kilig to this year’s Pride. More about their inclusion in the artist lineup can be found at GMA Network.

Why this lineup matters

Events like Pride PH aren’t just concerts, they’re safe spaces where our stories, struggles, and dreams come alive. Having iconic figures like Michelle Dee and Cup of Joe put queer joy and resilience front and center. Last year, despite the program being cut short due to heavy rain, over 200,000 people showed up. This June 28, expect the crowd to be even more colorful, energized, and united in pride.
