Honey, buckle up those rainbow boots because we’re just 20 days away from the BIGGEST, BOLDEST Pride celebration in Southeast Asia! As your resident event queen, I’ve got all the tea on LOV3LABAN 2025, and trust me, this is one party you absolutely cannot miss!
Mark your calendars for June 28, 2025 (Saturday) because that’s when history will be made at UP Diliman in Quezon City. Yes, dolls, you heard it right, the location has been officially confirmed! After months of speculation and venue teasing on social media, Business Mirror reported just yesterday that UP Diliman will host what’s shaping up to be the most epic Pride gathering our country has ever seen.
Star-Studded Lineup Just Announced!
Get ready to scream because the host lineup is absolutely FIRE! The Pride PH organizers have just revealed the fabulous faces who’ll be guiding us through the festivities: Aaron Maniego, AC, Ate Dick, Bong Gonzales, Christian Antolin, Dong Pat, Kaladkaren, NAIA Black, Pipay, Queen Dura, Sassa Gurl, and Sophie Prime. I’m already living for this energy!
Last year, Pride PH Festival drew a staggering 228,000 attendees before evening rains forced a cancellation of the night program. This year, organizers are aiming even higher with improved logistics and contingency plans to ensure nothing stops our celebration.
More Than Just a Party
While we’re all here for the fierce looks and dancing, Pride PH reminds us that LOV3LABAN is both celebration AND protest. In their powerful statement shared yesterday, the organization declared: “We will not dim our lights. We will continue to fuel this love so that we can better understand our siblings in our community. We will continue to fuel this rage towards injustices and inequality.”
The event will feature three major components: the Pride Expo showcasing LGBTQ+ businesses and organizations, the actual march through Quezon City streets, and the much-anticipated Pride Night concert and performances.
