Quezon City Opens Doors for Mass Queer Commitment Ceremony Until January 30
Quezon City is once again gearing up for its cherished tradition, the Mass Queer Commitment Ceremony. Quezon City has long been at the forefront of honoring queer love, hosting these ceremonies for several years despite legal barriers. In previous gatherings, the city witnessed a lively turnout, with 222 couples participating in 2022 and 205 the year before at the QCX Garden in Quezon Memorial Circle. Participating in the Celebration
Couples interested in joining this heartwarming event must be at least 18 years old, accompanied by a witness, and submit an application form along with a QCitizen ID. Registration is facilitated by the QC Gender and Development Office, with applications accepted until January 30. In past years, the deadline extended into early February.
