Held at the University of the Philippines Diliman, the festival became a energetic reminder that self-acceptance, visibility, and solidarity are worth celebrating and fighting for. The spirit? Celebrating diversity, demanding equality

LOV3LABAN 2025 lived up to its promise, drawing in LGBTQIA+ Filipinos and allies from Metro Manila and beyond. This year’s Pride March wasn’t just a party, it was a powerful call for equality and a safe haven for queer joy. Organizers estimated tens of thousands joined an afternoon brimming with colorful costumes, empowering speeches, and music that electrified the heart of the UP Diliman campus.

From sunrise to deep into Pride Night, attendees joined three major activities: a lively Pride Expo and art market at Quezon Memorial Circle, the iconic March through UP’s iconic acacia-lined avenues, and an all-out concert under the stars. Everywhere you looked, there were signs calling for SOGIE equality, expanded mental health access, and protection for queer youth.
