The festival, now on its third year and co-organized by the Quezon City government, Pride PH Coalition, and UP Diliman, was more than a spectacle; it was a living, breathing movement.

The numbers alone spark awe. Organizers set their sights on 250,000 participants, a staggering figure that speaks volumes about the community’s growing strength and presence. Rodina Singh of Pride PH described the swelling turnout as the community’s backbone, a reminder to lawmakers and society alike that Filipino LGBTQIA+ folk aren’t just surviving, they’re thriving, demanding space, and shaping the country’s future.
