For sixteen years, the TransLatin@ Coalition (TLC) has been a steadfast source of strength, advocacy, and joy for trans, gender expansive, and intersex (TGI) communities, especially among Latin@ immigrants and their loved ones. On August 24, 2025, the Coalition celebrates this milestone, looking back with pride and forward with fierce commitment. TLC’s journey began as a grassroots collective in Los Angeles, founded by and for TGI immigrants determined to create spaces of dignity, safety, and growth.
